Our Story

Meet Brisco - the pup who started this all. The fur baby of founder, Corey. Brisco always kept her warm during frigid winters, and kept her company during their beloved walks during the smoldering summers. He joined a home full of love, chaos, and a lot of laughter. He stayed by Corey's side during moves, breakups, holidays, and even pool days at Kiki's house!

While Corey has since had to let Brisco go and cross the rainbow bridge, his memory lives on through Brisco Buddies for many years to come.

Founder
Prior to Brisco Buddies, Corey was working in the customer service field for 14 years - until she realized working with animals was so much more fun! Not to mention, post-pandemic Corey was looking for a change. In December 1, 2021, Brisco Buddies was born. Corey has been beyond grateful for this adventure and so in love with every single client I get to hang out with!

Ana has brought joy to our fur babies and their parents since 2022! Ana has been an amazing partner here at BB and always puts the fur babies first. She constantly ensures that every walk or check-in is completed and that all pet parents are at ease. And who doesn't love receiving photos from Ana? She is, after all, the unofficial official photographer of Brisco's Buddies!

Alyssa has been part of the Brisco’s Buddies family for a while and has quickly become a favorite among our four-legged clients. She has a natural ability to make even the shyest pups feel comfortable and loved. Whether it’s a walk, a cuddle, or a game of fetch, Alyssa always brings patience, positivity, and care to every visit.

Andrea recently graduated from her dog training program, but her experience with animals goes back much further. She has spent her life working with dogs through doggy daycare and training, and she brings a calm and gentle demeanor to every meet-and-greet. Andrea’s background helps her connect with each of our Buddies, ensuring they feel safe, understood, and happy.

Suzette is a communications major with a love for journalism and storytelling, always finding joy in expressing herself through writing and reading. When she’s not hitting the books, she enjoys spending time in nature and giving back by volunteering at an animal shelter
Suzette truly loves being a dog walker because of the endless affection she receives from the animals she cares for! It’s one of the most rewarding parts of her day. Being surrounded by so much love from her furry clients makes every walk extra special.

Lili is currently in school for Journalism & Digital Media, balancing her studies while doing what she loves most - spending time with animals! When she’s not studying or out on walks, you’ll find her doing yoga, gardening, or soaking up the outdoors. She loves anything that keeps her active but also grounded
Dog walking has quickly become one of her favorite things because every pup has such a unique personality and it never feels like work! Getting to spend her days with so many different dogs is truly the best part of her routine
Fun fact: She’s also a ferret mom to two adorable little ones, Bean and Bunny Pictured here is Bean, stealing the spotlight as usual!
